I am Andrea (she/her), a Colombian-Indian-American occupying space on the unceded Anacostan, Doeg, Piscataway, and Manahoac lands, colonized as Northern Virginia and Washington, D.C. I am a trauma informed yoga instructor, board certified health and wellness coach, nutrition coach, and rest advocate.
I am here to empower you to reclaim your health, peace, and harmony by prioritizing your joy and rest through yogic practices, wellness coaching, and nutritional coaching.
The wellness industry has a deeply rooted inclusivity and accessibility issue. Health and wellness should be a basic human right and not a luxury. I am on a mission to facilitate this healing in an equitable, adaptive, and accessible way.
