GENTLE AWAKENING YOGA - A balanced blend of gentle seated and standing asanas (postures), pranayama (breathing practices), and meditation, creating a nourishing experience for body, mind, and spirit.

MID WEEK WIND DOWN - This session is designed to help you release the stresses of the day and reset for the rest of the week. This gentle practice combines soothing yoga asanas (postures), pranayama (breathing practices), and meditation, creating the perfect space to unwind and recharge. In this class, you’ll flow through soft, intentional movements to ease tension, practice deep breathing to center your mind, and enjoy a guided meditation that fosters relaxation and mental clarity. It’s an ideal mid-week reset to keep your body and spirit balanced and refreshed.

SLOW AND STEADY FLOW - Designed to gently energize your physical, mental, and emotional bodies. This class features a slow, mindful flow-ish that incorporates a combination of gentle standing, floor, and balance asanas (postures).

SLOW POSES - A yin practice designed to help you slow down, release tension, and cultivate stillness and space by combining pranayama, meditation, and longer-held (3-5 min) passive asanas (postures) that target the deeper connective tissues of the body. This session is designed to harmonize with the current season and its corresponding organ systems and energies. *Suggested props: 1 blanket or towel, 1 pillow or bolster, 1 block or thick book.

RESTORATIVE YOGA - This practice invites deep relaxation and rejuvenation. This gentle practice focuses on supported asanas (postures) held for 5-20 min, mindful breathing, and guided meditation to help release tension and restore your body’s energy, setting a calm and peaceful tone for the weekend ahead. *Suggested props: blankets or towels, pillows or bolsters, 2 blocks or thick books, and anything you need to be comfy and supported..

GENTLE YOGA - Designed to nurture physical, mental, and emotional bodies. Throughout the session composed of gentle asanas (postures) and pranayama (breathing exercises), we'll weave in insights from yogic philosophy, offering wisdom that can be applied both on and off the mat. These teachings will inspire a deeper connection to yourself and the world around you. This class is a holistic approach to wellness that honors the balance between rest, joy, and mindful living.

YOGA NIDRA - Often referred to as "yogic rest". This practice invites you into a profound state of rest and restoration, helping you release physical, mental, and emotional tension. You'll be guided through a few gentle stretches prior to settling in for our Nidra practice, to prepare the physical, mental, and emotional bodies. During Nidra you’ll be guided through a full-body relaxation sequence, entering a state between wakefulness and sleep where deep healing and rejuvenation occurs. No prior experience is needed—just a quiet space and a comfortable position. *Suggestions: Please have a comfortable surface to lie on such as a yoga mat or towel, bolster or any pillows, blankets, cushions, eye mask and anything else you might need to feel comfy and supported.
